Places to Go, Things to Do, Sights to See!
Sight Seeing, Adventure, Photography
I’ve been planning, promoting, and leading sightseeing and adventure tours as an independent guide for more than 32 years and I’ve been traveling many of these same routes since I was a kid.
Back then, family road trips meant packing up the car and driving for hours across the West. I didn’t realize it at the time, but those early adventures were laying the groundwork for what would become a lifelong passion, and eventually a big part of my career.
So, what do I do with all this experience?
I guide tours, and out on the road, I wear just about every hat there is. Tour guide, trip manager, driver, navigator, even baggage handler… and I genuinely enjoy every part of it. I’ll load up the van, get us where we’re going, point out the sights, and bring the landscape to life along the way.
I believe in sharing meaningful, engaging information without overwhelming you with constant chatter. My goal is to go above and beyond expectations delivering an experience that feels easy, enjoyable, and truly memorable. Above all, your safety comes first. It’s something I take seriously every mile of the journey.

Family Tours & Private Custom Tours
I have a real passion for guiding families on unforgettable adventures. My wife and I raised a big family of our own, and road trips were a huge part of our lives. Our kids grew up exploring the outdoors, hiking trails, and building a lifelong love for adventure. Now, with an even bigger crew of grandkids, that tradition is still going strong.
I know firsthand that families thrive on fun, hands-on experiences and so do I. That’s why I like to lead tours that are active, engaging, and full of moments everyone can enjoy. My goal is simple: keep every member of the family involved, excited, and making memories together.
Favorite Tour
My favorite tour? The one I’m leading right now. It may sound cliché, but it’s the truth. There’s nothing I enjoy more than being out on the open road, behind the wheel, sharing my passion and knowledge of the American West with people from all over the world.
The West isn’t just where I work, it’s home. And I take pride in making sure every guest experiences as much of it as possible while we’re out there together. For me, happiness is simple: a full tank, an open road, and great people along for the ride.

From towering red rock cliffs to narrow, winding slot canyons, these tours are designed to showcase the very best the region has to offer.
Ancient America
Exploring the ancient ruins of the Four Corners region where New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona meet is like stepping back into a world shaped centuries ago by the Ancestral Puebloan people. Scattered across high desert mesas, hidden in canyon walls, and tucked into remote landscapes, these sites tell stories of resilience, innovation, and deep cultural connection to the land. From the cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde to the great houses of Chaco Canyon and the striking towers of Hovenweep, each stop offers a glimpse into a sophisticated civilization that thrived in this rugged environment. Walking among these ruins, you don’t just see history you feel it, surrounded by the same sweeping views and quiet solitude that have defined this region for generations.

Whether you’re seeking adventure or simply want to take in the crisp mountain air and breathtaking views, these alpine experiences deliver the perfect escape.
Local Guide with Local Knowledge & Expertise
I’ve spent most of my life in Utah and have explored the American West extensively both the iconic landmarks and the hidden corners most travelers never see. I know where the locals go, from great places to eat and shop to quiet trails, scenic backroads, and tucked-away viewpoints that don’t make it into guidebooks. Along the way, don’t be surprised if I add a few bonus stops or spontaneous side trips that’s often where the best memories are made.
Having traveled the highways, byways, and backroads of the Grand Circle and Rocky Mountain states since childhood, I bring a level of local insight that only comes from years of firsthand experience. Every tour is thoughtfully customized to match your group’s interests, pace, and abilities. Let me help you plan your next adventure and put that experience to work creating something truly unforgettable.
